Paola Valderrama

Paola is an LLM and Wharton Business & Law Certificate Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She completed her first law degree in 2013 at Rosario University in Colombia. Prior to joining the LLM program, she worked in the M&A and Corporate practice at Garrigues, an international law firm based in Colombia. She has provided legal advisory services to local and international clients and has played a key role in significant and complex M&A transactions.
