Jesse is a Director at AlixPartners and focuses on leading distressed companies through complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings. He has over 15 years of restructuring and financial advisory experience across a multitude of industries, including technology, energy, retail, automotive, business and industrial services, manufacturing and airlines. Jesse’s experience covers all areas of the restructuring process including cash flow modeling, business plan development, plan negotiations, due diligence, valuation, bankruptcy reporting and sale of assets. Examples of Jesse’s recent clients include FULLBEAUTY Brands, Avaya Inc., Cenveo Inc. and Sabine Oil and Gas.

Jesse has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree, with distinction, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
